Wedding Catering Policies
Attendance
- There is a 25 guest minimum requirement.
- A final guest count must be provided no later than 10 days prior to the event.
- The final guest count will be the minimum charged.
- The guest count may be increased up to 3 days prior to event and will be billed accordingly.
Taxes & Gratuities
- A 7% sales tax will be added to all food, beverage and rentals.
- A 20% gratuity will be added to the food, service and non-alcoholic beverage bill.
Payments
- A $500.00 deposit is required to reserve the date. If necessary to reschedule date the initial deposit will be applied to new date. New date to be rescheduled within the same calendar year.
- For your convenience, Catering By Mama's may request a credit card number on file in the event that additional costs are incurred.
